Is allograft transplantation really safe?

I would like to donate a femoral head to TBF. What should I do?
The collection activity must be set up via a tripartite agreement between the head of the hospital, the collecting surgeon and the Tissue Bank director.
TBF provides team training, a collection kit and weekly telephone follow-up.
The surgeon is responsible for informing the patient that surgical residue tissue is to be harvested for therapeutic use.
